KUTENO 2025: 13 to 15 May in Bad Salzuflen, Germany

We will be presenting our software solutions for quality management in hall 20 at booth F31.3 during KUTENO trade fair in Bad Salzuflen from 13 to 15 May, 2025. The KUTENO trade fair covers the entire scope of the plastics processing industry in the northern German region and serves as one of the primary expert get-togethers for the industry.

Software Solutions for the Plastics Industry

Our modular CAQ.Net quality management software includes solutions for every area of quality management in the plastics industry, from incoming goods inspection or the initial sample inspection report to SPC, control charts, and quality inspection through to gauge management, FMEA, and complaints processing.

Using comprehensive interfaces, the software can be integrated directly into existing ERP or MES systems. One of our standard interfaces, for example, enables CAQ.Net to be directly linked to the ARBURG host computer system ALS. This networking ensures complete and transparent documentation of the entire injection molding production process. Up to ten injection molding machine parameters are logged for each production cycle and transferred to the system. The machine parameters and the results achieved on the finished component are thus easily available and can be evaluated in a shared database.
