ALSConnect.Net is more than just a replacement for the ARBURG quality assurance system (AQS). The process parameters are seamlessly recorded, versions are managed in a fully traceable manner, and the process parameters can be evaluated with the help of a process analysis in accordance with ISO 22514-2 and visualized via dashboard. You can also compare order-related data such as order, machine, or batch sizes. This interface transfers process parameters (temperature, injection time and mass cushion) directly from your electric, hybrid and hydraulic plastic injection molding machines to the CAQ system. ALSConnect.Net not only enables data transfer from ARBURG injection molding machines, but also from other machines that are connected to ARBURGs ALS via TCP/IP.
