Integrate CAQ.Net into your existing system landscape CAQ.Net can be connected to the systems you already use. The software has standard interfaces to frequently used third-party systems as well as the option of connecting your ERP, PPS, MES, PLM or PDA system or independently developed apps via REST API.

This allows you to automatically transfer data such as incoming goods notifications, parts masters, production/inspection orders, customer and supplier information and more from your existing system to CAQ.Net and use it for QM tasks.

Master Data Import

Connected Machines & Measuring Systems

The CAQ system supports you in many areas when working with measurement data thanks to the uncomplicated connection of machines and measurement systems. Employees can login to the system via RFID, open the corresponding inspection order using a barcode reader and transfer measured values error-free to the CAQ software via measuring equipment interfaces. The latter is possible via a serial RS232 interface or via interface boxes with USB connection. You also have the possibility to use the automatic measurement data import from protocol-capable testing and measuring machines via APE.Net and run it in the corresponding samples. The connection of acoustic and visual signaling devices supports you with information on open inspection orders or process violations.
