Direct Connection of CAQ.Net to SAP® Solutions

There are various options for connecting your existing SAP® software to CAQ.Net. We will check with you during a system analysis which of these can be applied in your case.

With a direct connection to SAP® R/3® and S/4HANA®, you can transfer master data, such as materials, material groups, customers, suppliers, and cost centers via the SAP® standard interface BAPI (Business Application Programming Interface) and order data (inspection lots) via the QM-IDI interface (Inspection Data Interface). Inventory postings in your SAP® application can be triggered by CAQ.Net in accordance with the usage decision for the confirmation of inspection lots.

The following SAP® interfaces to CAQ.Net are available:

General Feedback
In this variant, CAQ.Net reports the usage decision from the order (inspection lot) and the successful inspection result back to your SAP® application. During the feedback, you can also call up and initialize the inventory posting (release/block goods) via RFC.

Detailed Feedback
In addition, you have the option of reporting inspection results from the Compact.Net Quality Inspection Software back to your SAP® system.
